The Brief:
After winning the accolade of ‘Pride of the year’ the Wester Super Mare Pride team needed support and advice to effectively scale up their event planning and safety operations enabling them to achieve the artistic vision presented in the winning pitch.
Delivery:
Focusing on a number of key areas – we’ve worked with the team to truly capture the spirit of their ambitions. Key areas of focus have been the scaling up of Event Management Plans and operational arrangements, researching and identifying funding opportunities, looking at partnerships across the town and utilising the extensive network of contacts to support the team.
