Working across all operational aspects of the 210,000 capacity Glastonbury Festival to ensure the event is delivered in full compliance with the premises licence.
Delivery:
Working to deliver the full range of event management planning documentation, we liaise year round with creative production teams, the Festival operations team, responsible authorities, and industry specialists such as noise and health and safety leads.
The challenge of delivering the world’s largest greenfield Festival, (and pushing the boundaries with creative innovation) – in accordance with complex and rigorously checked conditions demands focus, diplomacy, communication skills and attention to detail and responding to the twists and turns of event production.
Chairing the onsite daily silver meetings, and managing multiple compliance and monitoring teams, Mackley Projects and Events works strategically across all stakeholders to ensure compliance is fully achieved.
